Maria-Elena Barber-Llorente
German-Spanish roots. International experience. Local expertise.

I was born in Hamburg to a German mother and a Mallorcan father – raised between two cultures that shaped who I am today. I combine the best of two worlds: German structure, precision, and reliability meet Mediterranean warmth, adaptability, and a deep understanding of human connection.

My professional journey began in the luxury hospitality industry, with positions in Hamburg, Berlin, London, Dubai, and Mexico. I worked closely with international guests and high-end clientele, learning the importance of excellence, discretion, and attention to detail. I later moved into operational management, taking on leadership roles in fast-paced businesses across Germany, where I was responsible for teams, processes, growth strategies, and customer service. No matter where I was, I always led – always with a strong focus on highest quality and communication.

Over time, my passion for real estate, architecture, and interior design became more than just a personal interest. Today, I combine my background in hospitality, management, and property with my deep-rooted connection to Mallorca: I support international homeowners with renovations, remodeling, and the transformation of their properties – with professionalism, trust, and a hands-on approach.

As a trilingual professional (German, Spanish, English), I act as a bridge between clients abroad and local craftsmen and companies. Being half Mallorcan, I not only speak the language, but also understand the mentality. I know exactly– how things work on the island, and how important it is to choose the right partners and to maintain clear, daily communication on-site.

After many years abroad, I’ve returned to my second home – Mallorca – to offer what I would want in your place: a trustworthy local partner with international experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the reliability that will turn your vision into reality.
